If you don't use the full install program file you will need to install the VB60 run files. If you have already installed one of these programs the VB60 run files are already installed on your computer.
1. Unzip VB60Run.zip into a temp. file folder. Run setup in this folder, if setup finds files that need to be updated. Update files and restart computer and re run setup to finish the install. You can then delete the temp folder and files.
2. Unzip the program you want to install into a temp. file folder Then run the setup program to install. After program is installed you may delete temp folder and the zip files.

If you get the message PORT ALREADY OPEN then:

Click 'Start' select 'Run'

Type in REGEDIT and hit 'Enter"

Once in Register edit program click the Edit and select 'Find'

Type in Ernie and hit 'Enter"

When the search is found open up Ernie folder there should be a folder called Properties.

Open properties. To the right you should see properties for the port

Double click on Commport and change from 1 to what ever your Commport is.

Exit regedit and rerun Adialer.
